How can I return a product?

You can return the product you ordered within 14 days. Please use the original packaging if possible. The 14-day return period begins when you or a person authorized to receive your mail has received the goods. The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.

Please also send us an email indicating that you wish to cancel the purchase and return the goods to us. Include your contact details and your order number in this email. We will refund the full purchase amount once we have received your email and the returned product.


What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

If you received a defective, incorrect, or incomplete delivery, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Send us an email regarding this matter.

To ensure smooth processing, please include your order number, contact details, and several photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Keep all separate parts and the product packaging in a safe place until your case is resolved.

If there is a delay in sending a replacement product, or if a product is currently out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible how long it will take to receive a new item or offer you an alternative solution.
